Liked the keychain, however, didn't like the that one side is upside down.
Your feedback means a lot to us and helps us continue to improve. We are sorry to hear that you aren't completely satisfied with your keychain. We are wondering if you possibly had an error in the making of your keychain. Would it be possible to email pictures of both sides please? You can send them to info@visitag.com so we can look further into it. Thanks!
I lost my keys and had trouble describing them to the person at our lost and found office, so I thought this would be so much easier - as I know it will happen again! I wanted something lightweight that wouldn’t weigh down my purse and also bright so I can easily spot my keys at the bottom of my bag
We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a 5-star review. It means a lot to us.

~They Are Great~
We Order Several Times A Year !!!!!
It a cool, unique gift. I gave them to all the people that work for us. Each one in different colors and thread colors. They are great for luggage, backpacks, sacks, etc. Everyone I give them to is pleasantly surprised.
I love it! Looks great, very well made. I have a luggage tag as well and have bought family members luggage tags. Quality products.
I love my visitag luggage tag! It makes my bag highly visible from the baggage turnstile. I have given these tags as gifts to a lot of friends as thank you gifts. They are super!
Can I get mini keychain with upgraded wire ring as offered with the mini bag tag? There is axway to order this for mini tag but not mini keychain tag.
Hi DI, Thank you for reaching out to us! Yes, you can get the Wire Keyring with your Mini Keychain. The easiest way is to add the Wire Keyring to your cart first (you'll find it under Accessories > Wire Keyring, or at visitag.com/products/wire-keyring), then add your Mini Keychain. We're working on making this a one-click add-on for keychains going forward. Please let us know if you have any questions – we are here to help!
Do you monogram key tags?
Yes, we can but it would be an additional fee. Please email us at info@visitag.com to discuss it further. We would love to work with you on your custom piece. Thanks!
I am thinking about buying 200+ mini bag tags or key chains as a gift for our patrons at a 501(c) 3 benefit .
Same colors and three letter embroidery on one side. Would you consider a bulk discount? Can I speak with someone? Thanks
