We produce and ship all individual tag orders within two business days. Business days exclude weekends and federally recognized holidays.

We can usually accommodate group sales orders within two business days as well. However, we may require extra time for group orders depending on the volume of tags we’re producing. Please let us know if you have a specific time requirement for receiving your tags.

Transit time from our location in Wisconsin varies according to the shipping method:

USPS – Priority Mail 2-3 Days*

Regardless of the shipping method you will receive an email notification with the tracking number for your order.

To ensure your message fits and is readable, we limit the text to 12 characters. We may be able to use a different font that allows us to add more characters. Please contact us with your requirements.

Yes. Simple logos render well on the tag material we use. More detailed logos may not embroider to an acceptable level of quality. Please contact us with your needs and we’ll reply with complete information as quickly as possible. For all inquires, please include your name, phone number, number of tags desired and a brief description of the special order.

We are a family business and our small staff is busy manufacturing and fulfilling your order(s). We check phone messages and emails at least three times each business day and will get back to you within a few hours after you leave a message or email.

PURCHASING AND SENDING

Purchase an eGift card as you would purchase any other product.

When you purchase an eGift Card, we’ll send you (the purchaser) an email with all the details. You can then print or forward the email to the gift recipient.

The email you use for your transaction or list on your account is where the eGift Card will be sent. Currently, we do not have the option to enter the gift recipient’s email if it is different from the email you use for the transaction or on your account. We are considering this option for the future.

No. You will only be charged the face value of the eGift Card.

The purchase of a Visitag eGift Card is a one-time purchase and value may not be added.

Once an eGift Card is purchased, it may not be cancelled.

Sure. Just enter the information in the box labeled Gift Message and Special Instructions at checkout.

RECEIVING & REDEEMING

We’ll send an email to you, the purchaser (or whichever email you enter for your account or when making the purchase). The email contains a link to activate the eGift Card at Visitag.com. The link in the email goes to a page showing the eGift Card value and code number. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift Card.

There is no expiration date on your eGift Card. We recommend that you redeem it soon after you receive it, so you don't forget.

This feature is currently not offered.

SECURITY

Your eGift Card has cash value and should be safeguarded as such. If you lose your printed eGift Card, contact Customer Support immediately. If your eGift Card has not been redeemed or has some remaining value, we can cancel the original and issue you a new eGift Card for that value.

Our state of the art technology inhibits fraud, but you must safeguard your eGift Card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your Gift Card and redeems it for the full amount, your copy will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the eGift Card is tied to the eGift Card number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the eGift Card. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your eGift Card, contact Customer Support immediately. Any value that has not been used can be re-issued to you in a new eGift Card.
