How soon will I receive my Visitag after placing my order?
We generally produce and ship all individual tag orders within two business days. Business days exclude weekends and federally recognized holidays.
We can usually accommodate group sales orders within two business days as well. However, we may require extra time for group orders depending on the volume of tags we’re producing. Please let us know if you have a specific time requirement for receiving your tags.
Transit time from our location in Wisconsin and shipping charges vary according to the shipping method:
USPS - First Class 1-6 Days
USPS – Priority Mail 2-3 Days
USPS – Express Mail 1-2 Days
Note: Shipping times including rush delivery services may be impacted by United States Postal Service issues and interruptions, weather or other factors outside our control. Rush delivery services are not guaranteed.
I'm in a rush, can I get my order shipped more quickly?
Yes - expedited shipping is available for all orders. Simply choose from our expedited shipping options at checkout. Additional charges apply.

Can I track my order?
Yes - regardless of the shipping method you will receive an email notification with the tracking number for your order.
How do I return an item?
At Visitag, we work hard to only offer products that are built to last and want you to have the best experience possible with the products you receive from us. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will work to make it right. All returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.
Why am I limited to 12 characters of text?
To ensure your message fits and is readable, we limit the text to 12 characters. We may be able to use a different font that allows us to add more characters. Please contact us with your requirements.
Are special orders, logos, etc. available?
Yes. Simple logos render well on the tag material we use. More detailed logos may not embroider to an acceptable level of quality. Please contact us with your needs and we’ll reply with complete information as quickly as possible. For all inquires, please include your name, phone number, number of tags desired and a brief description of the special order.
Can I place my order by phone?
We are a family business and our small staff is busy manufacturing and fulfilling your order(s). If you’d like to connect with us via phone, please call us at (800) 720-1510 and leave a message, or click here to contact us and leave your phone number and we'll reach out to you. We check phone messages and emails at least three times each business day and will get back to you within a few hours after you leave a message or email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we have many customers who request international shipping and we do provide this service for an additional charge. We’re happy to provide international shipping estimates. Just contact us with an approximate number of tags you’d like and an address.

How do I buy an eGift Card?
Purchase an eGift card as you would purchase any other product.
How do I send an eGift Card?
When you purchase an eGift Card, you will have the option to check a box and input the information for the person you would like to send the eGift Card to.
Can I enter the gift recipient’s email and have the eGift Card sent directly to them?
Yes - Check the box saying you would like to send it to someone and enter in the recipient's information.
Are there any fees for purchasing a eGift Card?
No. You will only be charged the face value of the eGift Card.
Can I change the value of an eGift Card after I’ve paid for it?
No - the purchase of a Visitag eGift Card is a one-time purchase and value may not be added.
How do I cancel the purchase of an eGift Card?
Once an eGift Card is purchased, it may not be cancelled.
Can I add a gift message to the eGift Card email?
Yes - just enter the information in the box labeledGift Message and Special Instructionsat checkout.
Receiving & Redeeming

What does the recipient receive when I send an eGift Card?
We’ll send an email to you, the purchaser (or whichever email you enter for your account or when making the purchase). The email contains a link to activate the eGift Card at Visitag.com. The link in the email goes to a page showing the eGift Card value and code number. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift Card.
When does the eGift Card expire?
There is no expiration date on your eGift Card. We recommend that you redeem it soon after you receive it, so you don't forget.
Can I reload my eGift Card after I’ve spent the full value?
No - this feature is currently not offered.

What if I lose the eGift Card information?
Your eGift Card has cash value and should be safeguarded as such. If you lose your printed eGift Card, contact Customer Support immediately. If your eGift Card has not been redeemed or has some remaining value, we can cancel the original and issue you a new eGift Card for that value.
What if someone makes a copy of my printed eGift Card?
Our state of the art technology inhibits fraud, but you must safeguard your eGift Card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your Gift Card and redeems it for the full amount, your copy will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the eGift Card is tied to the eGift Card number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the eGift Card. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your eGift Card, contact Customer Support immediately. Any value that has not been used can be re-issued to you in a new eGift Card.

How long will it take to produce my tags?
We can turn around smaller quantities in about two business days. Larger orders take more time. Let us know your timing and we’ll let you know how quickly we can produce and ship your order.
Can you embroider a logo?
Yes - simple logos do work on our heavy-duty material. More detailed logos don’t look so great. Get in touch and we'll ask you to email a jpeg so our production team can take a look. If we think the logo will work, we’ll need to digitize it, which involves a $75 set up charge in order to create and send off a sample to you.
Is shipping still free?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $45, no matter how large. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.
