FAQ

How long will it take to produce my tags?
We can turn around smaller quantities in about two business days. Larger orders take more time. Let us know your timing and we’ll let you know how quickly we can produce and ship your order.

Can you embroider a logo?
Simple logos do work on our heavy-duty material. More detailed logos don’t look so great. Get in touch and we'll ask you to email a jpeg so our production team can take a look. If we think the logo will work, we’ll need to digitize it, which involves a $35 set up charge in order to create and send off a sample to you.

Is shipping still free?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders, no matter how large. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.
